A Great Time at the 2010 NYMSTF Party!

We promised you some pictures so here they are, thanks again to Vespa SoHo, Cycle Therapy, Piaggio USA, BikeBandit, Backroads Magazine and the American Motorcyclist Association for providing the space, food, gifts and game prizes and most of all, for their encouragement and enthusiasm!

Our guests' bikes lined the street in front of Vespa SoHo, halfway down the block and across the street too.

 

 

We played Pin the Tail on the Ducati.  Yes, really!  We also had a motorcycle trivia game and contests for who showed up with the safest gear, who held the most recent motorcycle endorsement, etc.

 

 

Our game of matching up bikes and their riders proved to be as educational as it was entertaining.  It proved that stereotypes really are meaningless and even your fellow motorcyclists can't pin ya' down.

 

 

We called out many lucky prize winners and gave away all kinds of valuable gear including jackets and high-viz gear, a top-case, helmets, backpacks, gloves, T-shirts and a Battery Tender from Cycle Therapy and Piaggio USA, a subscription to Backroads Magazine and a courtesy of the AMA, a gift certificate to Bike Bandit.

 

 

There was plenty of stuff to snack on, with enough variety to take everyone's needs into consideration!

 

 

In addition to tons of food and a vast supply of soft drinks we enjoyed a tasty cake, expertly decorated to resemble an official NYC DOT sign designating parking for motorcycles only.
