Mostly computer-geek type updates - reorganized the web site from frames technology to table -based templates, added the site map and search functions and added an interactive Google Map to the Shops page.

The New York City Council has again proposed new legislation that will allow police and traffic officers to ticket and tow motorcycles and issue fines up to $3500 even if your motorcycle is parked legally.
